2009 Chardonnay Reserve $24.95

13.1% 750mL VQA Prince Edward County

The 2009 Reserve Chardonnay has a light and subtle nose revealing oak, toast, tree fruits and a hint of matchstick. On the palate it comes alive again with tree fruit, toasted oak and almonds. Minerality to start with the wine ends with a rich whole balanced finish. This has distinct characteristics of our vineyards.

2009 Pinot Gris Reserve $24.95

The 2009 Reserve Pinot Gris has aromas of white flowers, perfume and a very light vanilla nose with nuances of flint. The palate comes alive with a distinctive minerality, citrus and green apple followed by a long, persistent finish. It has the distinguishing characteristics that we consistently find in the grapes grown in our vineyards.

2008 Reserve Cabernet Franc $24.95

Our 2008 Cabernet Franc Reserve is medium-bodied with a rich garnet colour. Ripe Cherries, Raspberries on the nose. Red fruit can be found on the palate as well as spice notes.The wine has a rich mouth feel and firm smooth tannins in its finish.

2011 Dea's Rosé $19.95

Using 100% Gamay grapes to produce this wine, It offers subtle aroma's of Summer Berries with just a hint of white flowers on the nose. The Berry flavours carry on to the palate along with citrus and a minerality finish. The wine was crafted using the Charmat method and has very fine delicate bubbles. The natural acidity in this wine helpskeep the flavours light and palate crisp and clean. A beautiful expression of a County wine.

2009 Cabernet Franc Rosé ~ $12.95

12.1% 750mL VQA Prince Edward County

Harvested entirely from our Cold Creek Farm in Prince Edward County.

This light pink coloured wine shows strawberry, summer fruits and has a hint of perfume on it. It has a nice balance between the acidity and the minerality with flavours of Strawberry, Nectarines and Pomello on the Palate.

This wine would pair well with Grilled Shrimp, Smoked Salmon or a light afternoon Lunch

2010 Pinot Gris $18.95

12.5% 750mL VQA Prince Edward County

This wine is a blend of our two vineyards in Prince Edward County.

This wine just screams summer! Aroma's of Peaches, Apricots and White Flowers are persistant on the nose. The palate starts of with a nice Citrus and Lime zest and carries through to Minerality and Peaches on the palate to a persistant finish.

This Pinot Gris pairs very well with Thai Spring Rolls or Sesame Ginger Pork Tenderloin.

2009 Pinot Noir $19.95

Our 100% estate-grown grapes were aged for 15 months in French Oak barrels. Medium-bodied wine with aromas of black cherries, raspberries, cigar box and herbs. This Pinot Noir has a smooth juicy palate.

Pairs nicely with mushroom risotto or roast duck.

2009 Riesling $16.95

11.2% 750mL VQA Prince Edward County

This dry, zippy Riesling is a good representation of what the minerality of the county soil lends to our wines. The lemon zest "pops" your pallet, allowing the underlying hints of the tropics to follow.

A truly zesty Riesling, which pairs well with grilled salmon or chicken.

2009 Unoaked Chardonnay $15.95

12.9% 750mL VQA Ontario

Pale straw colour wine; with a fresh expressiveness that reveals a nose of white peaches, apricots and white flowers. The palate has the essence of stone fruit and hazelnut flavours and is nicely framed by firm acidity and minerality. This wine was 100% fermented in stainless steel tanks with several months of aging on the lees.

Will pair nicely with Rosemary Roasted Pork Tenderloin of Smoked Salmon
