Pinot Gris

Aromas of peaches, apricots and white flowers are persistent on the nose. The palate starts off with a nice citrus and lime zest and carries through to minerality on the palate. It pairs well with pan seared Tuna and Chicken Parmigiano Panini.

Dry and fruity, unoaked with lots of peach and pears on the nose, and minerality and hazelnut on the palate. Excellent with Chicken or Frittata.

Riesling

Citrus and lemon zest on your palate, allowing the underlying hints of the tropics to follow through on the palate. A true zesty Riesling pairs well with Chicken, Seafood or our homemade Focaccia.

Cabernet Franc Rose

The light pink coloured wine has nice balance between the acidity and the minerality with flavours of Strawberry, nectarines and pomelo on the palate. This wine pairs well with Grilled Shrimp or with any fresh salad.

RED WINES

CD Rosso Estate Grown

This friend and family friendly red blend of Gamay and Zweigelt grapes creates a light bodied wine. The taste of summer berries and plums are followed with an earthiness on the nose and palate that gives this wine good character. This versatile wine will pair well with pizza and pasta.

Pinot Noir

This wine spent 15 months in French Oak barrels. This is a medium-bodied wine with aromas of black cherries, raspberries, and herbs. It has a smooth juicy palate that would pair nicely with mushroom risotto or Gnocchi con Ricotta.

Cabernet Franc

Medium bodied, lightly oaked with notes of raspberries, red currants and violets on the nose. Matches well with antipasto or grilled vegetables.
